About Save the Dance

Save the Dance is my 6th grade capstone project focused on restoring the population of a bird called the Greater Prairie Chicken, as well as working to return the Great Plains of North America to what it once was.

Save the Dance is focused on helping people understand what is happening to the Great Plains of North America, why the Great Plains are so important, and give them some ideas about how they can help.

Who Can You Help?

Save the Dance's main priority is to raise awareness for the loss of the Great Plains. If you choose to support this effort, you will be helping all the animals in the Great Plains, including Bison, Coyotes, Prairie Dogs, Foxes, and Prairie Chickens. Together, these animals and their habitat rival the Serengeti of Africa. Along with that, the prairie is so beautiful - a natural resource we would hate to lose.
